What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

For Orders S$70 and above, free-of-charge.
For Orders below S$70, Normal Delivery by Local Courier Service Provider at S$7/trip.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop? accepts payment by credit or debit card.

You can use any of the following cards:

How long will delivery take?

All home delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers within 4 days (excludes Sunday and Public Holidays) from the date that order is confirmed.

Home delivery orders are delivered anytime between 9am to 10pm.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

If your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an autogenerated email confirmation with your order number, order date, a summary of your order items and a shipping address within minutes.
Please ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the order, please check your spam folder, in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Alternatively, you may log in to your account and check under your Orders.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive an autogenerated email confirmation with the invoice attached.
