Return and Exchange Policy

Our company takes extra care to check the quality of products and also the correct type of products requested before dispatch. In rare circumstances when customers have the intention to return or exchange the products supplied, the conditions for return or exchange must be met.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  1. Products must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
  2. After receiving your goods, if there are packaging flaws, damages or product defects, please leave a message or contact our customer service online immediately. Our customer service personnel will contact you to confirm the replacement details.
  3. Notify us the intention and state reasons for return or exchange within 1 day of receipt of products.
  4. When exchanging your goods, please retain your purchase order receipt (Eg. Delivery Order) for future reference.
  5. Please ensure that the product packaging, free gifts and all attachments are complete when exchanging your goods. Please do not stick papers or write any words on the outer packaging, and avoid any actions that might damage the outer packaging of the products (Eg. Outer Plastic Wrap).
  6. Approval or Rejection for return or exchange will be confirmed after inspection of physical products. In the event of disputes, the decision of our company shall be final and conclusive.
  7.  For exchange of products, the exchange must be for another product of same or higher value.

  3. Goods NOT supplied by us
    Note: You will receive an email from us within 2 to 3 working days.  You would have to bear any delivery and handling charges which you may incur in the return or exchange of the product.
